Ebony Care is a multi-service registered non-profit organization providing a broad range of community support services for adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health. We assist our clients with services that support their independence, health, and quality of life. In doing so, we help them remain in their own homes – where they want to live. Our team of nurses, PSWs, and other skilled healthcare professionals provide in-home support to help manage and coordinate recovery.
